As we continue to grow our business, we're excited to expand our line of business with "TAWA," a video translation solution that helps content creators connect with a global audience. Roles and Responsibilities

We're looking for a Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Worlder TEAM. As a Business Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for taking care of clients mainly in Japan and the US, and overseeing the translator' community. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as track and analyse sales data to continually improve our approach. This position would be perfect if you want to step into the world of startup and improve your business skills.

Your main roles are :

  1. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research and analyse sales data to develop sales strategies.
  3. Make sales calls, present products or services, and negotiate deals with potential customers.
  4. Maintain and build relationships with existing clients and keep track of their needs and feedback.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals and targets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
  8. Meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets set by the company.
  9. Create content for social media.
  10. Responsible for managing the translators' community.
  11. Check the quality of translated videos.


  1. Must be fluent in Japanese both oral and written (Preferably JLPT N2 or higher).
  2. Must be fluent in English both oral and written
  3. Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of working experience as a sales representative.
  4. Passionate about finding new opportunities, networking, and negotiating.
  5. Proven track record of being a top producer in your previous companies.
  6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation.
